This composers' concert features new classical music by guest Christopher Theofanidis and faculty David Tcimpidis. Mr. Theofanidis' work has been nominated for a Grammy Award and his orchestral concert, Rainbow Body, has been one of the most performed new works.

This master class features cellist Irene Sharp teaching our emerging musicians. Ms. Sharp is on the faculty of Mannes College and University of California at Berkeley. She has given master classes for American String Teachers Association, European String Teachers Association, Australian String Teachers Association, and the Suzuki Association of America. In 1992, Ms. Sharp was recognized for her outstanding teaching by the American String Teachers Association.
